Refund Policy: NO LATER than 7 days of receipt of your order
We will issue a full refund for the price of any item you return within 7 days. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. NO REFUNDS on custom made products.

When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are in order. We will credit or exchange if you are not happy with your purchase. But we will not reimburse the shipping costs unless your decision to return the item(s) was due to errors made by us.

In your return package please include: The packing slip A note telling us what the problem was A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item. If you do not include a note, call, fax or email us, you may not be refunded! Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.
